Great opportunity with solid, established distribution company expanding into the New York area! Looking for an individual that is hard working, team oriented, with a great attitude.
Job Summary: (Including but not limited to)
• Provide excellent customer service with phone, fax, or e-mail inquires
• Process orders for customers, dealers, and sales department
• Writing and updating training documentations
• Ensure consistent practices and procedures among the customer service staff
• RMA processing-oversee and/or assist in the process
• Assist in training the temporary/seasonal staff
• Key contact for all ice, trailer and dealer calls, emails and orders
• Various reporting in Excel and Visual
Minimum Qualifications: - HS Diploma or equivalent 1 – 2+ years working in a goal focused, customer service oriented environment. Previous sales or customer service experience preferred - Strong working knowledge of MS Office products including MS Outlook, Excel and Word. Ability to navigate through several systems/applications simultaneously.
Experience in Visual, Crystal Reports and Access a plus.
